Two bespoke extensions provide a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine and a high spec bathroom with double shower. Doors then lead to your private decking nestled in woodland boasting an indulgent covered bubbling outdoor hot tub, BBQ and outdoor furniture for your relaxing evenings under Dorset’s starry sky.

There are views of racehorses training and opportunities to watch lambing from the end of March to mid-May. Check out the horse racing yards, or walk the farmland tracks and meander alongside the rivers. You’ll find everything from short strolls to way marked paths and full-on rambles locally – so take a hike and leave everyday life behind.

We stayed for 3 nights in Quakers during mid October and it was absolutely perfect!I cannot sing Peckmoore Farms’ praises enough for their hospitality and stunning grounds (also home to the friendliest horses).The accommodation was so romantic and perfect for two people. We took our oversized Labradoodle and he had the best time running through the farm fields and playing in the stream the owner suggested for us to take him to.If you are looking for a quiet and intimate break for two, I could NOT recommend Peckmoore Farms and specifically Quackers more. We are already looking at our schedule to see when we can escape back to the countryside x

The stay was amazing overall. The hot tub was clean & hot. Quackers was clean enough, although lots of spider webs & also smelt like an old style pet shop. This cleared after a couple of days with airing the lodge.The shower was spacious and powerful. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. There were cakes & eggs on arrival, however we didn't use these but are a lovely touch.The site has been set out really well, we didn't hear a peep out or any neighbours whilst outside, including the sheep in the field outside the lodge. Parking was perfect out the front of the lodge which makes moving luggage in and out much easier.Thank you to Peckmore for the great stay. We hope to be back.
