Please be aware there will be a £250 security deposit on arrival taken via card (pre authorisation).
£450 deposit for 9 berth unit.

Accommodation Information
Electricity is by coin meter (£1 or £2), this is approximately £20 per week and £10 per weekend.
If you do not require the hot tub for your holiday, please call to book as a discount may be applicable.
The hot tub may not be up to full temperature for your arrival due to maintenance and water change. You will be shown how to use the hot tub on arrival.
Your hot tub will be available to use from 8:30am till 10:30pm daily.
Facilities
Facilities (2 hour time slots) private pool £12 for 2 People,£20 for family up to 5 and £30 for 9 People. You can add the Sauna £8 or steam room £7 extra per booking.

Lovely cabin in the middle of nowhere, nice and clean with hot tub which was constantly used... Have to pay for electric which wasn't on the listing, cost £3.50 a day, plus swimming pool is £20 for 2 hours, sauna and steam room £8 each... Nice games room 50p a game for pool, table football and air hockey, the table tennis table is free

We had a great time at Exmoor Gate Lodges. I can't imagine anywhere having better comms with guests, or being run more efficiently. We made use of the games room with pool table and air hockey, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, which we hired out for 2 hours one evening. Booking these lodges meant we enjoyed use of a private hot tub, which turned out to be worth quite a few brownie points with the family! Getting in there first thing in the morning with a coffee and watching the butterflies scoot around for their breakfast was idyllic. So many species of bird too. Creation really does show how awesome our God is; our creator and saviour. There were lots of walks suggested and the Lodges made the perfect base for exploring the whole area. You must go to Tarr Farm, which does the best cream teas, and cross the Tarr Steps over the river there. We spent 2 afternoons at Wimbleball Lake with the kayaks and paddleboards. Next time we might get an eFly lesson. Finally, if you fancy an Indian takeaway, Wiveliscombe (5 min away by car), makes some of the best Indian food I've had in a long time. My tip is the Lamb Saag... gorgeous. I hope you have a great yine like we did.

not aloud in hot tub past 10.30pm. at 10.36pm my wife was getting out the hot tub when the host came round the corner! felt like we was on edge and couldn't relax, and at £180 a night! I don't expect to have to pay for the electric with a coin box behind the door!? and also a £250 holding deposit (could take 10 days to be released!) so unles you have £650 spare for 2 nights then this ain't for you, apart from that was very clean and tidy and the host himself was nice, also had 14 emails/texts asking about the stay while we was there, we came away to relax not be bombarded :/
