Van had fubber curtains,blinds broke, window wouldn't open,smell damp

The biggest thing that let down Blue Anchor caravans was cleanliness. The smell in our caravan was awful. It smelt very musty and unclean. Plates, cutlery and glasses were not clean. The teapot still had tea it in but was put back in the cupboard! Layers of dust were sitting on top of cupboards, curtain rails and items in the cupboard meaning I had to wash all the items before using them!
