Kitthaven Barn is a spacious chalet-style bungalow at Bury, near Dulverton, sleeping up to 7 across 4 bedrooms. Set in a half-acre garden with 30m of private Haddeo River frontage, it's a wonderful peaceful base for exploring Exmoor.
Accommodation
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering or a longer stay, with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle and cafetière. There is an under-counter fridge in the kitchen, plus a freestanding smeg fridge-freezer and another under-counter fridge in the back kitchen/utility area, where the washing machine is also located. A breakfast table is located in the kitchen and the adjoining dining area has a large table with comfortable seating for 7.There's a TV with satellite FreeSat in the living area, offering a wide range of digital channels and wifi is ultra-fast satellite broadband (via Starlink).The property is fitted with oil-fired central heating throughout, which will be programmed for you and can be adjusted to suit your preferences. A starter basket of logs will be provided for the wood-burner in the living room, further logs can be purchased locally in Dulverton if required.Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for use outside or if you want to take them away from the property on day trips.
