It is the ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic fishing town with the convenience of a central, vibrant location. The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, and you’ll find a selection of local restaurants, pubs, shops and other attractions right on your doorstep.
The property has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with a bunk bed both off a curved hallway which leads to the main living area where the room has been set up to make the most of its fantastic location.
The property is accessed from the front through a communal hallway and up two flights of stairs to the second floor and is situated on the heart of the harbour side and is handy for Brixham’s delightful restaurants, many serving fish landed in the town on the same day.
The early birds can enjoy a tour of the Brixham Fish Market which begins at 6am and takes in the daily fish auction and enjoy a locally sourced breakfast as part of the cost, and a sunrise walk along the breakwater also comes highly recommended.

Very nice and spacious flat.it caters for everything you need. It’s in the perfect place and not far to walk to the shops and beach. With two bedroom one double and the other one with bunk beds.which are very comfortable. You will find also plenty of places to eat, so no cooking haha.Thank you for a lovey holiday which I’m sure we will be seeing you again .
