The neighbouring town of Paignton, just 5 miles away, offers a variety of popular family attractions including Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway and Quaywest Waterpark (summer season only). Here you can relax on the sandy beaches, take a stroll along the esplanade and out onto Paignton Pier. A further 3 miles on is the cosmopolitan town of Torquay playing host to an array of attractions, activities and entertainment. Get up close and personal with the penguins at Living Coasts or explore the caves at Kents Cavern. In the evening, take in a show at one of three theatres, or jump on board an evening cruise out into the Bay for a different perspective of the beautiful coastline.

Having been to most of the Flats and houses in moorings reach we always enjoy knowing that everything will be as one would want Clean Warm and near to Brixham town centre.It is the second visit this year different flat but sadly weather very wet every day expected the first being in January but June Thankfully we got to enjoy the first weekend bright hot and sunny.

Excellent apartment in a great location, with everything you need. The harbour and town are a few minutes walk away, with access to a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would definitely return.
