Set back from the waterfront, it allows degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location affording views over the marina and harbour. A balcony with two chairs is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Brixham centre is a few minutes leisurely walk along the harbourside, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. Breakwater Beach is a few minutes along the waterfront in the other direction.

I love Moorings Reach, such a beautiful location. The apartment was well equipped with just a couple of gripes. Couldn’t get coffee machine to work even after googling instructions (no instructions) in the property. The bedding could have been of higher quality I.e. microfibre duvets and pillows, they were lumpy. The entrance gates were a nightmare and only worked intermittently, I had to phone the cleaner at one point. Incorrect information on the arrival instructions and no info in the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location . Our second visit and we enjoyed it so much we will book again for next year. Only disappointment was that the mattress was still stained in the main bedroom. Would have hoped this would have been fixed during the last year.
