We had a very nice stay at 9 Dolphin Court. The location is very good. It's only a short walk to all the amenities of Brixham. Guests do need to be aware that the apartment block is on a hill and No 9 is on the 2nd floor. Not a problem for us but may be for the less mobile. The apartment was very well equipped. A couple of criticisms. The bathroom was cold. The storage heater was far too small for the size of the room and the fact that the bathroom has 2 outside walls. The cleaning was OK but could have been better. Behind the toilet had quite a bit of black mould. The oven rails should have been cleaned as well as all the oven trays. The nest of tables in the lounge were dusty on the bottom rails. The apartment had 4 dining chairs but is only for 2 people. Lose the excess chairs. We did appreciate the Christmas tree and the fudge.
