Take a stroll around the bustling harbour and watch the many fishing boats and ferries come and go. Join them by catching the passenger ferry across to the popular resort of Torquay. Follow the South West Coast Path out of the town to Berry Head National Nature Reserve, which is an internationally acclaimed heritage site and home to a fascinating variety of wildlife. While walking the path you’ll also pass some lovely quieter, secluded beaches such as St Mary’s Bay and Fishcombe Cove.

- Dogs are allowed on the Breakwater beach from 1st October to 31st March. The nearest green area for dogs is Churchill gardens approx. 300metres along Berry Head Road towards the Marina car park.
