- Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
- Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.

- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars
- There will be no house access possible until 4pm on the day of arrival, but guests who arrive early are invited to park their vehicle on the driveway from the 11am time that the departing guests have to vacate
- The owners regret that no form of 'Welcome Pack' can be provided as they do not live in Devon and as the cleaners are unable to do so
