Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Broadacre House is a lovingly renovated, three-bedroom house just outside the centre of Brixham, in Torbay. The property has undergone complete refurbishment throughout and provides comfortable and quality accommodation.
As you enter the property via the side door (nearest the driveway), there is a useful area to hang your coats and shoes directly next to the utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble drier. This entrance then leads you into the modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, perfect for whipping up a good breakfast before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with Smart TV and plenty of seating. On the ground floor is the family bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, there is also a snug with smart TV and double sofa bed, perfect as a separate relaxing space for guests or to keep the children occupied.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and super kingsize bedroom with zip and link beds which can be reduced to make a twin bedroom. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden accessed through sliding doors from the sitting room, where there is a small patio area with seating as well as a lawned area.

A lovely comfortable house, very spacious especially as there we're only 2 of us,only one very small bathroom though so something to bear in mind if fully occupied, there is another small toilet room upstairs. Nice enclosed garden and off road parking which is very handy, our only slight grumble was that the house wasn't very clean when we arrived and no welcome pack to speak of,a new vacuum cleaner would definitely help and the cleaner needs to hoover behind the beds and not just where the eye can see!! An easy but hilly walk up and down from the harbour but we knew that before we came and wasn't a problem for us but people with mobility issues need to be aware of, Brixham was great,we loved it and have already booked this house for next year (hopefully it will have a new vacuum cleaner)
