If you’re looking for 5* luxuries this isn’t the place for you. If instead you want a reasonably priced base to explore the local area then book away. A short walk from Brixham town, many local coves, and walks.

Basic accommodation in excellent location Fabulous location for Brixham and some beautiful walks. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Toilet smelt bad. very basic utensils (no kitchen knives). Towels not provided. Clubhouse was noisy and the food looked horrible.
