With fabulous views of the inner harbour set against a kaleidoscope of colourful terraced cottages, Kittiwakes boasts one of the best outlooks in Brixham. This is a very well-presented apartment that serves well as a spacious nest for visiting couples.
The full-width balcony is a fantastic feature, and on good days extends the living space outside and provides even more impressive views of the open sea beyond the break water. In this special location you will struggle to decide whether to stroll into town for your evening meal, or to stay home and dine in style on your very own private outdoor terrace, overlooking the bustling harbour below.
Kittiwakes is a very well appointed and located apartment that will leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed, it is dressed with good quality furniture throughout, new kitchen installed and almost uniquely for Brixham, your allocated off road parking is right outside.
Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. Churston Golf Club is under 3 miles away and will let non-members play if they have booked in.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler, which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

The Bedroom currently has a super king size bed, but with further improvements planned this may be changed to a standard size double in the future without prior warning.

We enjoyed our short visit to Kittiwakes. It is a relatively short walk down into the town and, although uphill it was manageable. With the huge bed in the bedroom there is not a lot of room to move around but the bed is comfortable.Kitchen well equipped. View excellent.One note of warning. The website mentions a height restriction but does not mention that if you have a large car you will have trouble getting into the parking space. As luck would have it we came in a small hire car not our normal big car which we would not have got into the space. It is tight even with a small car.

Spent a week here, apartment had parking space a real benefit in Brixham. Apartment is well maintained and equipped with everything you could need for self catering. Brixham has a great range of shops and eateries, we had lovely meals at The Prince William PH and Le Petite Maison. Of course there are numerous places for Pasties or Fish & Chips. A small warning for those with restricted mobility or certain health conditions, it is a steep walk back to the apartment from the town.

Excellent place to stay, outstanding apartment. The view over Brixham is amazing.Highly recommend.
