Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. Churston Golf Club is under 3 miles away and will let non-members play if they have booked in.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler, which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

The Bedroom currently has a super king size bed, but with further improvements planned this may be changed to a standard size double in the future without prior warning.
