Our 2021 luxury, extra large 'ABI Beaumont' caravan "Rosabella," is situated on the small lovely family site of Landscove holiday park. Rosabella is a beautiful place to relax and unwind whilst on holiday with the added bonus of being a stone's throw away from the coastal path which will take you to the stunning St Marys Bay or if you go the opposite direction it will take you to Berry head which has 360 panoramic views of Torbay.

The caravan has full central heating and double glazing throughout, the extensive open plan kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a coffee machine with a large pantry cupboard to store all your kitchen necessities.

Situated in the middle of the kitchen is a generous sized dining table with 4 chairs. The lounge has two 3 seater sofas which one is a double sofa bed, also there is a smart TV to be viewed from all angles of the living area, an electric fire to keep you cosy in the cooler days and nights and blue tooth speakers in the ceiling which can be heard throughout the caravan, WI-FI is also included. Leading off the lounge are french doors onto a decking area with furniture for the family to enjoy.

Master bedroom- Includes a king size bed, 2 double mirrored wardrobes, overhead cupboard space and a dressing table and chair to get ready for the day at. Off the master bedroom there is an extra large en-suite which includes a toilet, Jack and Jill sinks with storage, a long bath with a shower mixer attachment, and a separate large walk in shower with a rainfall shower at the side.

Twin room- Has two full sized single beds, with a mirrored wardrobe and drawers, with overhead storage space and a small dressing area to get ready.

Family bathroom- Includes a generous sized shower, vanity unit with storage and a toilet.

There is parking for one car next to the caravan with additional parking nearby.

There is also a self service launderette and shop selling locally sourced produce as well as take away coffees and ice -cream.

To use some of these facilities you will need to purchase a pass from reception.
