Entering the property, you ascend a flight of six steps to the front door, leading to the ground floor where you’ll find a beautifully appointed double bedroom and a spacious family bathroom. From here, access the rear vestibule and tiered courtyard terrace - a lovely suntrap for morning coffee or after-dinner drinks. The vestibule also houses a washing machine and clothes airer, making this a practical choice for longer stays or those exploring the coastline.

Climb the stairs to the first floor, where a galley kitchen opens onto an open-plan living and dining area. The lounge features a large bay window with views over the rooftops to the inner and outer harbours, a feature fireplace, and comfortable seating - the perfect spot to unwind after a day of coastal adventures. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and a full range of utensils, crockery, and glassware. A round dining table for four sits in the bay window, offering uninterrupted harbour views during mealtimes.

The top floor loft bedroom, affectionately known as the “Peter Pan room,” features two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, a sink, and an en-suite WC. Guests will enjoy rooftop views across Brixham Harbour, adding a magical feel reminiscent of the town’s maritime history and the famous Golden Hind replica just moments away.

Access is limited to loading and unloading only. Guests can use the nearby car parks; Brixham Harbour Car Park or Middle Stree and town centre parking. On street parking may be available on a first come, first serve basis and we advise you check local restrictions.
