The lounge features two large two-seater sofas, a 43” Sky Glass Smart TV with Netflix and basic Sky channels, occasional tables, and a corner unit with books and games. The adjacent dining area has a table for four, ideal for family meals or relaxing evenings after exploring the English Riviera. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays, including a gas hob with extractor fan, oven, integrated dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full set of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils. Practical touches like a hallway cupboard with a vacuum, clothes airer, and ironing facilities ensure a convenient stay.
