Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking for one small/medium car in the garage 50 yards from the house. No smoking.. As you enter Seagulls View through the front door, you find yourself on the ground floor with a shower room immediately to your left, very handy for hosing down after a long day soaking up the sun at the nearby beach. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one of which is a zip and link twin bedroom which can be configured as single beds or as a kingsize bed. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with French doors leading out onto the lovely rear patio garden with table and chair seating. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe storage.
Making your way up to the first floor you find yourself in the open plan living space, with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and corner sofa seating as well as easy chair, DVD player and Smart TV, this is a great social space. The views are also beautiful, looking out over Brixham and out to sea. The family bathroom with bath and shower is on the first floor also. The property benefits from a single garage for a small/ medium car, a great bonus for a property in Brixham. Being just outside of the centre of town but still within walking distance means the property is not directly situated within the hustle and bustle of the town centre itself. Whatever your reason for visiting Brixham, Seagulls View is a great place to base yourself from.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable—the thoughtful welcome pack, complete with wine, was a lovely touch and set the tone for a relaxing visit.The cottage itself was spotless, very well equipped, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. We spent a lovely four days at Seagulls View and were blesed with good weather (in March). Spending each of the days exploring the area, it was nice to come back to such a comfortable place. The views from the lounge window are stunning - and very attractive at night with all the lights around the harbour area. The rooms were all clean and the property contained everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic real ale pub around the corner (but no food); the Queens Arms at the top of Station Hill. The parking was advertised as 'off road' and consisted of a garage. Once we had booked the property, a mesage informed us that it was suitable for a 'small/medium' car. Fortunately, we were able to bring a medium car (Hyundai i30) - anything bigger would have been difficult. The pertinent question should be, 'Would you return?' and the answer is 'yes'.
