Set across four levels, Tradewinds feels like a cosy crow’s nest above the harbour, full of original features including exposed beams and stone walls that reflect its rich maritime history. Enter the cottage into the kitchen and dining area, where a well-equipped space awaits for easy self-catering. With an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, everything you need is on hand, while the dining table provides a sociable spot to gather and plan the day ahead.

Head through to the living space, where comfortable seating and a charming window seat create the perfect place to relax. From here, enjoy elevated harbour views as fishing boats drift in and out, bringing the rhythm of Brixham right into the heart of the home.

On the first floor, you’ll find the twin bedroom, a bright and comfortable space with two single beds and lovely sea views. The family bathroom is also located on this level and is fitted with a shower, wash basin and WC.

Climb to the top floor where the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat beneath the eaves. Featuring a king-size bed, en-suite WC, and stunning harbour views, this room is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.
