Overview

Sandpiper is a modern detached holiday bungalow in Paignton Devon. Set in a large level garden in the respected residential area of Preston, it has local shops nearby as well as Occombe Farm, a working organic farm with farm shop and cafe, all run by a local Trust and offering a great visitor experience for both children and adults. The accommodation is bright and spacious with the sitting room opening through french doors onto the deck and garden to the rear. The double bedroom also overlooks the rear garden whilst the spacious twin room is to the front and has a futon so can sleep 3. The level rear garden and the furnished deck provide an ideal spot for relaxing or al fresco dining. The sandy beaches at Preston and Paignton and the main shopping centre are all close by and can be reached by a short drive or bus ride as are the neighbouring Torbay towns of Torquay and Brixham with all their visitor attractions. Dining area

It has wooden floor. There is a table with four chairs. It has two armchairs with a coffee table with lamp.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Sitting room

There are two two seater sofas on carpeted floor. There is a TV with freeview and DVD player. Also from this room you can access the garden.

Sleeping

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables with bedside lamps. This double bedroom overlooks the garden.

The second bedroom has two single beds plus a single futon/bed. It has one bedside table with a bedside lamp. This room is lit by a lamp, one ceiling lamp and a window.

Bathroom

There is a bath with shower over, WC and basin
