The Cottage itself was as described however be aware only a shower (not electric) over bath and during our stay the water supply for hot seemed low pressure, meaning we couldn't get a sensible comfortable shower temperature, so had to rely on baths which isn't always easy getting in and out with no grab rails. There is also only street parking as detailed in itinerary, we tended to park up on opposite side of road as a narrow road.

#A lovely little cottage full of character, modernised and decorated with obvious love, with a squashy sofa, goose feather duvet on a big comfy bed, in a small and beautifully unspoilt village, handy for visiting Bath. It was clean and there was a thoughtful welcome pack of milk, bread and butter (plus some little luxuries) which was handy as there is no shop in the village and the pub is closed for refurbishment (re-opening spring '26). There would be problems for anyone with mobility issues because of the different levels between all the rooms, a rather precarious staircase with no banister and steps up to the front door and back garden. There's no parking immediately outside, roadside parking farther up or down the narrow road. The heating wasn't great - convector heaters (always a bit hit-and-miss I find) and a wood burner with no ash tray nor instructions, which I couldn't get lit.
