Very clean property, easy to put the bed up and down when needed. It was very relaxing to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife over the fields. Friendly and helpful hosts, catered for my perfume allergy and on hand if any issues.Great location, the Shears Inn was very nice for food and lots to do in the area.

I was looking for a place to have a solo holiday away from the stres of day to day life. The instructions from the website gave the place name and postcode which, unfortunately, take you to a house round the corner which on Google Maps is marked as Litet Hem. After a couple of calls, I was given instructions on how to find the correct place. It is small, enough space for myself although, as I tend to live out of my suitcase when I'm away, I did find myself moving things around to have enough room. There are some hangers in the utility cupboard and some drawers under the sofa should you prefer to unpack. The fridge is small, I bought some food that was too big for the size available. Big enough for the basics. The bird feed was a lovely addition, I enjoyed watching them from the window. I found a wonderful walk in the woods which I thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Everything worked as it should and provided what I needed for my days away.

A lovely shepherd's hut perfect for a restful getaway. The hut was well provisioned with everything you would need and is kept to a high standard! Paul was very responsive and kind in supplying some kitchen basics. The outside space here is wonderful and we enjoyed watching the birds feeding and the general location was tranquil especially in the mornings and evenings. Would happily return to this hut for another stay!
