Nestled in the heart of Wiltshire a stay here is your chance to share a little piece of this wonderful rural idyll. Feel the stresses and strains of modern life slip away from the moment you drop down towards the farm and marvel at the stunning Wiltshire valley view. The coach house is cosy and perfectly formed to create a relaxed, modern farm stay.
Spire view is a first floor open plan property with a comfy seating area with reclining sofa and smart tv, dining space perfect for two. A modern kitchen to rustle up a tasty meal, along with a super comfy double bed and modern bathroom.
Outside is a small terrace with bistro table and chairs to sit back and relax with a good book or a cold drink and soak up the view.
If you would like to make your stay extra special or if you have something to celebrate, please enquire direct with the owner after making your booking, about adding a hamper full of local produce available for £40. During your stay, you are welcome to explore the acres of unspoilt farmland, and at certain times you may be lucky enough to see the newborn lambs and calves.
The Coach House itself offers space and comfort and is ideally located to to explore not only the rural county of Wiltshire from the vast expanses of Salisbury Plain and its ’lost Village of Imber’ to the mystical Stonehenge and impressive Avebury Rings or for a more adrenaline fueled stay head to Thruxton motor circuit, for a high octane adventure.

Lovely area, great views and the hot tub was brilliant. Bed was comfortable.The cleanliness really let it down however.Absolutely every corner inside and out was covered in spiders and cobwebs. Husband and I were bitten multiple times over the two nights.There were stains on the (clearly) very old towels provided. One of the robes’ belt loops was broken and had a big hole in the side. Again, showing its age.All the light fittings in the bathroom were full of wasps.The crockery needs updating as the pans were so warped, they didn’t work on the hob, had to fry eggs in a saucepan!The patio furniture needs replacing or fixing as they were VERY wobbly when sitting. We didn’t use the chairs in the end for fear they’d collapse under us.The WiFi was so shoddy, it cut out every couple of minutes. Either the TV or the remote needs looking at as it took a solid few minutes to change the channel. We gave up in the end.The hot/cold taps are the wrong way round in the kitchen, not sure if that’s ever been picked up before hence mentioning it here.Overall a nice area, has great potential to be a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.Just too many things are neglected/not updated for it to be relaxing. Constant frustration everywhere you turn.It doesn’t help that the owners live a stones throw away so privacy is non-existent. We won’t return anytime soon unfortunately.
