The bathroom is equally inviting with a large cast-iron bath and hand-held shower, although due to the construction of The Barn the headroom is a little limited. The outside dining terrace enjoys pleasant views and a sunny aspect, and has proved particularly popular. When you can just about manage to tear yourself away from this idyllic home away from home, you will love being right at the heart of an area, designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The small but thriving community of Ansty were winners of Best Kept Small Village in 2019/2020 and right on the doorstep, you will find some lovely walks - begin with a walk to the grounds of Old Wardour Castle, before exploring Cranborne Chase and beyond.
