The entry is at the rear of the property and leads you into a useful lobby and utility space, perfect for storing your walking boots and coats, before heading into the kitchen on the left and putting the kettle on. This is the ideal quiet, comfortable space for curling up with a book or watching your favourite shows before settling down for a leisurely meal for two at the adjacent dining table.
