One word - amazing! Everything was perfect. Clean , comfortable & every possible need catered for. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Becky was very friendly and the welcome milk, fresh bread, wine, butter, jam & cookies were perfect. Thank you. We hope to return in the future. Location, parking and access are great and if you’re taking pets , two beds, dog towels, bowls & treats were also provided and a hose wash for muddy paws. We had a fab bbq in the secure garden too.

We have just returned from a lovely, peaceful, relaxing 4 night stay at Mac Shack cottage, and our little girl didn’t want to leave!The cottage is exceptionally clean, very modern and comfortable throughout, probably one of the nicest properties we have stayed in.Three adults, our 5 year old daughter and two dogs were very comfortable there, it felt like home straight away.Our hosts were very friendly and on hand if you needed anything. Becky was very approachable, and we enjoyed meeting her and her two lovely horses. Our daughter enjoyed looking out for her in the equestrian ring. The welcome pack was lovely, and the added touch of the chocolate eggs for our daughter was very much appreciated - thank you.The cottage is easy to find, and positioned well for an array of places to visit. Various local pubs, takeaways and farm shops all within a short drive too.We would love to return to Mac Shack one day, we had a lovely family holiday here and made some precious memories that won’t be forgotten **
