Inside on the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living room with woodburner for those chilly evenings, opening onto a sun trap conservatory and south facing garden and patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oak table as the centrepiece for dining. In addition, there is a quiet snug room, ideal for children, and a convenient shower room and toilet. Upstairs the bedrooms are light, airy and offering spacious comfort. There is a large family bathroom and also a further en-suite off the master bedroom. Granary Cottage is only 10 minutes from Ipswich, and conveniently located giving you easy access to the Heritage Coast, Woodbridge and the undulating country walks Suffolk has to offer. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
