Had a lovely weekend with our family there was plenty of space for the mixed age group and a nice touch with lots of different games and toys for the children. The beds were comfortable and the house was lovely and warm on arrival. The darts board was broken I messages the owner and we had a new one the next morning very much appreciated. Everything you needed was there would not hesitate to return.

On the whole a pleasant stay although expensive for what we have usually paid over the new year.Hot tub good, house spacious and warm, beds however, uncomfortable and noisy, as was the toilets flushing.Games room very cold and dartboard needed replacing and no puck for air hockey, rendering it useless. The ensuites and bathrooms were grubby and in the main ensuite the lock broke trapping a very stressed 77year old in it for over two hours unbeknown to the rest of us. Not really equipped wise for cooking a meal for ten.All in all, the house needs a good update and clean, but we made it work

Stayed here with family ranging from 12 to 81 years old, the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were great for the older family members. It's a great size house with lots of different spaces which was handy when different games were being played at the same time. Hot tub was amazing, lovely in the evening with the fairy lights on around the garden. The welcome hamper was very nice, the children also got some Halloween themed treats.
