We had a lovely week stay at the old dairy. It’s a real home from home. Very comfortable and with everything you need. A lovely welcome basket when we arrived and also one for the dogs.

This is a lovely, well equipped and maintained cottage in a rural setting with access to both Norfolk and Suffolk. Owners live on site but do not intrude at all. If you are so inclined there are several local footpaths you could walk nearby. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful little cottage in a stunning location. Hosts are very friendly and the cottage has all you need for a week away. What it lacks in luxury items like a dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv or a fire, it definitely gains in ample storage and plenty of clean, comfortable living space. The wet room is amazing with a shower that has plenty of power. The location is what draws you the most with deer seen from your windows, plenty of birds and an array of walks right outside and in the local area. Lots of farmshops and quaint villages within a short drive and Diss having several large supermarkets to get your shopping. Mellis itself has a nice pub and if you like cider then the local Aspens is scrummy.
