This bijou bolthole provides its guests with all of the comforts you might need to relax and unwind for a special stay in the Suffolk countryside.

Inside the retreat you will immediately notice the high quality of finish, attention to detail and tasteful furnishing throughout. This is evident in the bedroom, where the king-size bed has been dressed with fine, white linens and thick, generous towelling. Beyond the bedroom, the open-plan living area remains light and airy throughout the day, and provides access to a three acre garden via large french doors. Here you can also enjoy the feature wood burning stove and large Smart television, or simply take in a good book accompanied by the abundant local wildlife that frequents the mature garden and pond.

Outside, dining furniture is provided on the private patio and includes seating for four people, ideal for alfresco dining in fine weather. Further into the garden, additional benches are provided and guests are encouraged to make use of this shared space. Please be aware, there is a fenced pond within the garden. To the front of the property, off-road parking for one car is provided.

One small well behaved dog welcome - please indicate the breed of dog when prompted on the booking form. Additionally please be aware that the cottage is situated on the owners' property and that their two cats are free to roam the gardens.

Please note that although this is a ground floor property there are steps up into the living space and down into the garden.

There is a small pond within the garden.
