Newly built 3 bed Suffolk cottage in exclusive development of only three houses.
15 min walk to beach/town centre.Very quiet neighbourhood - set back from Leiston Road with no through traffic.
House is all on one floor - with no internal steps. Guest access Everything is to be used and enjoyed. There is some garden furniture and a couple of camping chairs - you can take to the beach. Please feel free to use food from the kitchen. If you can leave supplies for future guests, that would be helpful.

Sitting Room: Spacious sitting room with large sofa and small coffee table. Musical Fidelity HiFi with bluetooth - connected to 48" screen with satellite TV, DVD player. Dining area for 6.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen area.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. En-suite has a shower, wc and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: 1 twin bedroom, 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: Small double bedroom with under bed storage space.
Bathroom: Family size bathroom, with bath, over bath shower, washbasin and wc.
Garden: Small private garden at back of property with patio, grass area and a bench to sit on
Parking: Space for 4 cars, in front of house.
