Great location and views. Very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of hot water.

The cleanliness of the house was very poor; I have photos if you wish, particularly galling as we were refused an early checkin because the cleaning team had to make it right. It really let the property down. Chipped crockery was also disappointing considering the cost of the hire. Equipment poor as no barbecue despite it being advertised A lovely property totally spoiled by lack of attention to detail

We have stayed at 5 The Bays, Thorpeness several times before. It is a great base and really nice property - spotlessly clean, well furnished and we had a great break there last week (first week of September)
