Lying just 1 mile outside the lovely village of Bramfield, it offers plenty of walks from the doorstep. The village itself has a wonderful church and a welcoming pub. The fabulous Suffolk coastline is within easy reach, with the popular seaside resort of Southwold 10 miles away. Dunwich (8.5 miles) and Walberswick (9 miles) are also worth a visit. Follow the well-marked path through Walberswick National Nature Reserve for a truly serene experience. For a spot of shopping, dining and heritage, head to Saxmundham (7.5 miles) or head to the fabulous Snape Maltings (11 miles), which offers concerts, unique independent shopping, intriguing art galleries, and scenic river walks.
Both properties blend period charm and contemporary comfort. The first, which sleeps two guests, has an open-plan living space comprising a relaxing lounge, a compact kitchen and a dining area. Exposed beams add character to the lounge which features comfy seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV. Just off the living space is a charming double bedroom and a fresh and bright en-suite shower room. With space for four guests, the second property is characterful and modern. The vaulted ceiling rises high above the thoughtfully presented open-plan living space. Here you’ll find an eye-catching chandelier, statement wood burner, seating, and a Smart TV. Light pours in through the patio doors and a large window set high up. The chic and sleek kitchen area includes a dining table and chairs. The sleeping arrangements comprise a spacious super-king-size bedroom with an exposed brick wall, and a cosy twin room. Completing the layout is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Heading outside, you’ve got a choice of a shared patio area with garden furniture and a private courtyard with a BBQ. The site has a shared tennis court, and a neighbouring building provides access to a utility area including a washing machine for the smaller property. There is ample parking.
