Tucked away in the serene Suffolk countryside, this charming Grade II-listed cottage exudes rural character and charm. Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms, it offers a tranquil escape for friends or family, with its exposed wooden beams and roaring wood burner in the cosy lounge.
The property boasts two generously sized reception rooms with comfortable sofas (one can be made into a sofa bed on request), Smart TVs, and cosy wood burners that create a warm ambience during the cooler seasons. The well-appointed kitchen/diner offers all the essentials for the chef of the day, and the dining table provides a delightful setting for shared meals. Additionally, there's a handy utility room, and the family bathroom is also conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll discover two bedrooms. The first features a king-size bed and generous storage space, while the second bedroom is a twin room that also includes a sofa bed. Outside the cottage, you'll find a lovely garden with a lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees. Outdoor furniture beckons you to unwind and soak up the sun. There's an inviting seating nook with wooden benches and an egg-shaped chair positioned around a fire pit, as well as another comfortable sofa area for relaxation.
