Lovely property with plenty of shops, bakery and takeaways within walking distance. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and warm with all the equipment you would need. The outside area is a nice little sun trap with the added bonus of a large hot tub. We stayed at the end of October and was still able to enjoy sitting outside. The hosts had great communication messaging to check if everything was OK and leaving an easy to follow welcome guide. The beach is a 5 minute drive away with plenty of free parking and a few arcades to keep the kids busy. I would highly recommend Olive Breeze.

Brilliant stay. Has everything you need and more. Garden is just perfect to sit and have your morning coffee, proper sun trap!Hosts think of everything and go above and beyond. We regularly visit Felixstowe as we have family there. Would absolutely book here again.
