Fantastic and well thought through build. Very comfortable and felt like home, very clean and the hot tub was great. Lots of things to do locally and not to far away,pretty much in the centre of every where u need to go to for days out. There are a few takeaways that are within walking distance and plenty of local shops. Would definitely book this property again

A lovely comfortable home from home, comfy sofa, comfy beds, all really clean. Lovely garden which I'm sure in the summer time would be amazing.Lots of little extras- heated drying rack, reed diffusers, hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchenOnly missing some prosecco glasses, we were looking forward to going in the hot tub with a glass of prosecco, every other type of glass avaliable but no prosecco .Needs a coat hook rack in the porch for winter coats.

Absolutely wonderful property and location was spot on for dog walks with the local recreation ground just a couple minutes walk away. Beautiful Seafront & gardens just 4-5 minutes drive, with shops bars restaurants and coffee houses scattered along . Also the amusement arcades were not very far either . A very pretty historical church on the corner of the road near the property was very pleasing to the eyes. Local takeaways and fabulous fish n chips all fresh just a short walk away. High street was lovely there’s a wonderful bakery there and an excellent butchers 5 mins drive called Michaels. The property itself was immaculately clean & very comfortable. Excellently stocked with all the cutlery crockery cooking utensils & even a smashing proper barista style coffee machine complete with fresh beans. I loved the welcome pack of freshly baked bread , butter & delicious homemade preserves . And fresh milk tea coffee and sugar to boot ! Beautifully soft fluffy clean towels were also provided. The garden was spectacular complete with hot tub bbq comfy chairs and table. We ate all fresco when the weather permitted. Wonderful stars at night out there. Just 35-40 minutes drive to Framingham & Orsted Castles which were so atmospheric and interesting. Had a fabulous time would definitely recommend this property .
