From the property, you can walk to see the ruins of nearby Sibton Abbey (less than a mile away). Take a stroll along the River Yox or head out to explore some of the routes through the surrounding countryside.

Take the cottage-style stairs with a rope leading from the lounge to the upstairs, where you will find a double and a single bedroom. Outside is a beautiful south-facing garden with an unfenced, shallow pond and sitting areas to enjoy the views.

The beaches at Aldeburgh and Southwold are less than 15 miles away and offer the opportunity to enjoy a traditional seaside experience and explore the galleries, independent shops and eateries - we recommend trying the local fish and chips! History buffs will love a visit to the village of Woodbridge to see the fascinating Woodbridge Tide Mill Museum. Nature lovers can explore woodlands and forests at Captain’s Wood (14 miles) and Rendlesham Forest (16 miles), where you can also cycle.
