Gather your friends for a holiday in Woodbridge. This second-floor flat is the perfect location for two couples or a mixed group to experience the nature, culture and history of Suffolk. It’s nicely located with easy access to nearby attractions, and the coast is within 10 miles.

As you enter the property, you’ll find a large, open-plan living space, with a kitchen, diner and lounge. The room is brightly lit, and additional light comes through the windows and patio doors to the balcony. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down for sociable meals around the circular dining table. When the evening draws in, retire to the bedrooms. There’s one double and another flexible room which can either be arranged as a twin or a super-king, as you like. The latter also has an en-suite bathroom, and there’s another family bathroom with a divine, deep bath for longer soaks. This flat doesn’t have a garden, but you can enjoy some sunshine on the balcony, accessed from the lounge. Please be aware that this property is not suitable for under 13s.

You’ll be in a very central location, close to all the amenities you might require. The station is 150 metres away, the nearest pub is 100 metres and you’ll be directly on top of a lovely shop which sells drinks, gifts and souvenirs. Take the time to amble down to the River Deben, 300 metres away, where you’ll see the Dragon’s Mooring. If you follow the river along, you’ll come to a bandstand (0.5 miles), which is the meeting point for river boat tours. These last an hour and you can learn about the local history, tour the RSPB site and might even see seals!
