Hosts helpful. Provided lots of leaflets etc on local area. Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. Did have a black out during our stay, quickly resolved. Did have interference on tv at times, wifi fine.Cleaning could be improved upon, limescale in kettle, taps and shower head. If this improved I would have given 5 star. Yes, I would return.

I would like to thank the owners for their helpfulness and friendly approach. They are so knowledgeable about their local area. The place is ideally situated for exploring the countryside and coast. We have not been to this beautiful county before but we will definitely be back for longer. The converted stable is lovely, warm and comfortable. Also so peaceful. Some lovely walks and Framlingham is such a beautiful place. Nice, clean and interesting. Check out the incredible paintings on the walls of the barn, done by the talented owner. Many thanks and we will see you again soon.

The cottage was warm and comfortable and in a nice quiet location about a mile out of town and a great base to explore the surrounding area. Although in the main it was clean enough, several areas need a little attention with lots of dust, cobwebs and dead wasps found on arrival. The small outside courtyard needs a bit of a tidy up too. A freshen up with the decoration would also help. These bits really did let the cottage down but could easily be turned around to get a 5-star review.A warning to those that rely on internet, we had no internet for the first half of the holiday at all, and when the owners connected it, it is weak signal via a TP link from the owners property next door, so the connection was not overly stable. Not too much of an issue for us, although did mean we couldn't watch what we wanted on Netflix, etc, but could be an issue for others.
