We booked this as a two bathroom property as indicated on your website. It was just the one facility. The two bathrooms were important so I suggest you update your website. The toilet seat in the only bathroom was broken. I guess the previous guests couldn’t be bothered to report it, although if you’re cleaning the loo you can’t help but notice it. I fashioned a repair but it wasn’t quite good enough. I contacted the owner who promptly replaced it the same day. Excellent response. All in all a great experience. A little bit remote but that was not a problem. I’ve never been anywhere where I could leave the door unlocked all week. If only everywhere was that trustworthy. Eating out was okay if you don’t mind a drive. I would definitely stay here again. The walking is excellent and Sutton Hoo is certainly worth a visit.

To rate an accommodation I consider the location and whether I would return, this property ticks both of these. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is a working farm and generally did not interfere with our stay. There is an office above the property so some noise from people moving about this didn't seem to occur at the weekend when we were there. Not enough to be an issue. Good location plenty of places to visit nearby
