One king-size double room and one twin room with shared Jack and Jill bathroom with overhead shower. One twin with en suite shower. Large outside decking area with furniture and hot tub to relax and enjoy the views.

We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times while on site.
Dogs are very welcome in selected Lodges, however, please be aware that the outdoor decking areas are not dog secure.

In line with government guidance and to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay, it is likely that the swimming pool will be closed during your stay. However, the restaurant will be offering a delivery service and when government guidance says they can re-open, they will look to do with social distancing measures in place.

Please note a Broads Authority Toll is required for Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boards and similar equipment.
During the winter season, we are prone to high tides which may cause flooding in the car park and entryway to Burgh Staithe.
Guests are advised to park there Car away from the property during this time and take care when accessing the building.

Please be advised that essential works will be taking place on site from 1st June for approximately 1–2 weeks. The work areas will be located towards the entrance of the lodge park and to the south side of the swimming pool, behind the play area.All working areas will be safe, secure, and appropriately fenced off throughout the duration of the works. Working hours will be between 8:00am and 4:30pm daily, and every effort will be made to ensure minimal disruption to guests during this time.We appreciate your understanding whilst these essential improvements are carried out.
Please note on the 1st July 2026 there will be a planned power cut. The power is estimated to be off from 9am until around 3pm.
