The barn is ideally positioned for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. There are numerous walks from the cottage. Medieval St. Peter’s hall and brewery, ½ mile away, offers brewery tours and food. Southwold, Walberswick, rspb reserves, fishing lakes, coastal walks and Norwich city are within ½ hours drive. Bungay, 3 miles has shops and amenities. Shops 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

17th to 24th July WOW!! what a fantastic We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday cottage. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. it’s the best we’ve stayed at yet. We’ve been staying in holiday cottages 15+ years. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind, and we loved sitting outside listening to the birds singing each morning.The cottage was well equipped, cosy, and clearly very well cared for. The location was ideal for enjoying nature and exploring the local area, while still feeling like a quiet retreat.The owners were absolutely lovely—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's clear they take great pride in their cottage and genuinely care that their guests have the best possible stay.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and would happily stay here again. We had a lovely 4 night stay at this beautiful cottage, it has everything you need and more in it. Maggie and Eric were perfect hosts. Nice bottle of Prosecco chilling when we got there.
