Excellent cottage and location. 5stars throughout, will happily return. All credit to Miranda, who has created a charming environment. The extension on the back of the cottage, provided very welcome extra space, with the addition of a large skylight that was perfect for star gazing. At night could hear the birds on the wetlands , along with the owl. For an autumn break it was extremely cosy, welcoming and peaceful. The Wenhaston villagers were delightful friendly and welcoming. Great to see a village with such a strong community.

Great, well equipped cottage for a base to explore the area. Definitely need a car, as the local amenities are quite limited

What a holiday find! I chose 'Eva's cottage' mainly for the beautiful gardens in the online brochure- the gardens, the cottage itself, the village it was located in (Wenhaston), the area as a whole (East Suffolk)- were all super.
