Ocean Retreat Lodge can be found in a private development in the village of Corton, near Lowestoft, in Suffolk. It is the most easterly point in the UK and offers award-winning beaches, and breathtaking sunrises and is the perfect location from which to explore all this area has to offer.
Oulton Broad is a short drive away, the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads National Park. Surrounded by restaurants and pubs, it is an excellent location for nightlife and al fresco dining. With two piers in Lowestoft, classic arcade games and traditional fish and chips, you can enjoy the British seaside experience. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Beautiful views. Lovely lodge, well equipped and comfortable, very homely. Great walks all around and only a few minutes in the car to Lowerstoft beaches. Unfortunately the signal is very poor, so we weren’t able to make use of all the tv channels, or connect calls, but this wasn’t a big problem for us as this isn’t why we visited Corton.On the whole I would definitely highly recommend this for anyone wanting a peaceful get away.

Having stayed in many cottages, lodges and caravans over many years. I have to say this was the best by a country mile, Ruth has thought of everything for your holiday, very dog friendly as well, beautifully furnished throughout and hats off the the cleaners as the lodge was spotless !Combine that with beautiful sea views and a lovely natural site, you have everything to have a great holiday, we will be booking again soon I hope !
