The house was warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable, and suited them perfectly. It is in a convenient position for the beach and the town.

The location for the beach is great and parking good. However we were disappointed at the cleanliness of the house. We appreciate it allows dogs, however we weren’t expecting there to be dog hair everywhere. We could not sit on the carpet to play with the children without getting covered in white dog hair and were not impressed to find black dog hair in the bed (not just one or two hairs either). There is nowhere to hang coats or put shoes because the coat cupboard is full of boxes and with 7 of us staying at this time of year we had a lot of coats and boots. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not stay in sunshine house again.

There wasn’t a vacuum available for me to even try and make it more bearable. The property information folder was on top of the fridge freezer so we didn’t find it until 3 days in which was annoying, and meant we had missed putting the bins out. There is nowhere to hang coats or put shoes because the coat cupboard is full of boxes and with 7 of us staying at this time of year we had a lot of coats and boots.
