The bungalows at Broadlands Park & Marina offer an idyllically peaceful setting on the banks of picturesque Oulton Broad.
This friendly park is one of the finest in East Anglia. It has something for everyone, from leisurely marshland walks to thrilling watersport activities.
You can enjoy a superb indoor heated swimming pool, with children’s pool and viewing areas, or relax in the Quayside Bar and Restaurant serving delicious meals and takeaways overlooking the marina.
A pleasant walk from the holiday park leads to Nicholas Everitt Park which has tennis courts, bowling greens and recreational areas for all your family whilst the ever popular Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park at Lowestoft is within easy reach.
During summer months, sailing and power boat racing are thrilling features to watch from the private marina close to your holiday home.
No early check-ins are available however all bookings up to 29th July will have a complimentary late check-out of 1pm.
Bookings will be recommended for the Quayside Bar and Restaurant in advance of check in.
Accommodation Information
This accommodation overlooks a recently developed area of the park. Whilst all works have now been completed on this new part of the park, the grass and planting has not fully established. There may also be some minor works ongoing to finish this area. The land around the accommodation is unaffected.

The chalet was modern, clean and very well equipped. However the sofas are very uncomfortable and the beds could do with better quality mattresses. Otherwise the chalet very good.

Our only problem was the sofa it was so low you felt you were touching the floor.
