You will also find plenty of places to eat and shops to peruse in the town. Hire surfboards and stand-up paddleboards at Denes Beach (1 mile) and take to the water. Hire a bike and enjoy the many cycle routes winding through the countryside, or take a walk and spot wildlife at the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve (3 miles). Visit Adnams Distillery (50 metres) and have a tour of the brewery, or take a trip to the fabulous Southwold Maize Maze (2 miles).
