    17. South Green, cottage, is in an ideal location with ample parking. However I would question your rating of "Outstanding" 4.8 *. The door mat, on entering the cottage was disgusting, flithy dirty, we walked into the lounge to find the curtain track above the front door, had fallen off, which surely the cleaner must have known about. The pull cord switch in the downstairs bathroom, the cord is very dirty. The towel rail in the downstairs bathroom needed a good clean. The bed in the main bedroom is not particularly comfortable, as the floor slopes for right to left, the bed needs levelling up. There is no mention that the stairs are steep and the landing is very narrow, with a step down and step up to get to the upstairs toilet which is very small. This cottage would not be good for elderly people. Finally the downstairs could do with re decorating it looks tired, paint chipped of in many places. So do not understand at all your rating. Its good and could be very good, with a bit more attention to detail.

Great tucked away, but very central location. Thank you for decorating it so beautifully and providing a real tree. Clearly a treasured home, unlike some stark rentals. It was extremely well equipped with everything you'd need. Our grandson loved his litle bedroom down the narrow corridor with the window looking down into the kitchen through the skylight and the 'hidden' shower room in the 'kitchen cupboard'! Thank you for sharing your family treasure.

We loved the Victorian features, and the furniture was very comfortable. A real gem.
