Grab your beach gear and wander about 300 metres down to the seafront and family-friendly beach, where you can swim and play on the sand. The pier, with its attractions, including unique machines that form an under-the-pier show, is a 0.5-mile walk. The boating lake is also at this end of the Suffolk town. Enjoy a 1-mile walk down to the harbour to cross over to Walberswick on the rowing boat ferry.
