It is also just 500 metres from the seafront and beach and 0.5 miles from the golf club.
Let yourselves into the gorgeous retreat to find yourselves in an airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you and your family and friends can kick back after your busy days out. Unwind on the comfortable seating in front of your favourite programme on TV, whip up hearty meals through in the kitchen area and pull chairs up to the table when it is time to sit down to eat together. Open the French doors in here on to the courtyard garden on sunny days. There is also a separate WC downstairs. When eyelids begin to droop, make your way up to the first floor of the cottage to enjoy a good night’s sleep in either the twin bedroom or the double. There is also a family bathroom at this level. Enjoy the sea air out in your outside seating space as often as possible. Share a bottle of wine out here after your evening meal. The property also comes with it's own parking space, ideal for leaving your car and exploring on foot.
Stroll along the promenade and past the lighthouse, to the pier, just over 0.5 miles away. There are places to eat out down here and you can visit the unique under-the-pier show with its interactive machines. Spend time on the sandy beach at Southwold or plan a day trip to Dunwich, 8.5 miles away, with its more secluded beach and picturesque heath that you can walk through.
