Dunlin provides self-catering accommodation over three floors and is located in the award winning Tibby's Triangle development in the heart of Southwold on the Suffolk Coast. Being so close to the High Street shops and just a short walk from the beach, Dunlin is a great choice for those experiencing Southwold for the first time as well as those coming back for more. This holiday home provides guests with three cosy bedrooms as well as three bathrooms facilities making this property ideally suited to friends holidaying together as well as families. Inside Dunlin has been completed to a high standard with a contemporary finish. Throughout the ground floor there is oak flooring and underfloor heating and emphasis on light and spaciousness. An appealing feature is the large open plan area which is perfect for everyone to socialise together but should anyone require a quieter zone, head upstairs to the second floor snug room where you can relax in the comfy chairs with a good book and enjoy views over the nearby recreation area. A great feature for the summer season is the decked area outside the sitting area, great for al-fresco dining and a glass of wine. To make your holiday even easier, Dunlin even comes with off-road parking for one car - this Southwold holiday home really does have it all!
