Lovely spacious and comfortable farm cottage with everything you need. The gardens are beautiful and perfect for sitting out in the better weather. Our host, Carol made us feel very welcome and offered lots of recommendations for places to eat - all of which were fantastic. Great place.

We booked this house for our 40th wedding anniversary and we had a great time. The grounds are stunning - it was perfect for a garden party with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Carol. She was lovely. Would have liked some extra pillows, and I’m sure if we had asked they would have provided them, but this was a minor detail. Games room was a plus. Lovely stay - thank you to the owners.

The good bits:A very nice property that we booked for a short January break for 8 adults. There was plenty of space and seating for everyone. The games room was great (bring your own darts, as none were provided). The log fire was excellent and very much needed.The bad bits:The property felt a little tired in places. The main TV in the lounge didn’t work, and one of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. The property was quite cold, so portable heaters were required.
